INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
The property will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with a washer, dryer, and iron.

Cooking oil, cooking sprays, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or other cooking ingredients.
Guests have access to Puerta Azul's amenities, including the Olympic-size swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ area, and clubhouse (pool table, ping pong, gym, and more). There are two large shared swimming pools and spas within the community. Both are within walking distance (just a few minutes) from the property. There is a small 1-car garage that guests are welcome to use (larger vehicles may not fit), as well as unassigned parking spaces along the street.
We are minutes from PGA West, with five public golf courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, home to an Arnold Palmer-designed course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium Course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament.
Tennis fans: In March, you'll be just minutes away from the fifth-largest tennis tournament in the world, the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, which draws top-ranked men's and women's tennis players from around the globe.
Tennis and pickleball players: Fritz Burns Park is only 10 minutes away and features six tennis courts and eight lighted pickleball courts open from dawn to 10:00 PM.
Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals are the main attractions in April, both taking place at the famous Empire Polo Grounds.
Nearby are the renowned El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta districts, offering excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Ralph's is the closest supermarket, about 10 minutes away, and Trader Joe's is also nearby. Highway 111 is home to Costco, Target, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Starbucks, along with many local favorite restaurants and shopping destinations. Less than 15 minutes from I-10, you can quickly reach Palm Springs, nearby casinos, Joshua Tree National Park, and other Coachella Valley destinations.

For the best experience, we recommend having a car during your stay. Taxi service is available from Palm Springs International Airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate throughout the Coachella Valley. For guests attending festivals and local events, rideshare services can be a convenient transportation option.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes feature keyless entry. We issue a door code rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation, making it a safe and secure alternative. By providing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is quick and convenient.
WHAT ARE THE POOL HOURS? ARE THEY HEATED?
Puerta Azul Community: The two community pools are heated year-round and are open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please refer to the listing details for additional information.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered for an additional fee. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived in those cases. Please note that service animals may not be left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets other than dogs.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. No smoking is allowed inside the home or near doors, windows, or other openings. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Smoking violations may result in additional fees, extra cleaning charges, and potential loss of the security deposit.
PUERTA AZUL COMMUNITY RULES
1. The City of La Quinta and Puerta Azul observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
2. No more than two vehicles per home may be parked on the street between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
3. Trailers, campers, mobile homes, commercial vehicles, oversized trucks (other than standard-size pickup trucks), boats, and inoperable vehicles are not permitted within the community.
HOUSE NOTES
During the warmer months, it is possible to encounter occasional desert insects such as crickets. Rest assured that the property receives regular pest control service, though some insects may still be present from time to time.
To maintain the property and community standards, pool maintenance and landscaping vendors may visit during your stay to perform scheduled service.
Your comfort is important to us, and we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout your stay.
SECURITY & NOISE MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entry and backyard areas. In addition, a noise monitoring device is located in the living room to help ensure compliance with local quiet-hour regulations. These devices do not record private conversations.
While we won't be onsite during your stay, our team is always available to assist you. If you have any questions or need recommendations for local attractions, dining, golf, shopping, or activities, please don't hesitate to reach out by phone, text, or message.

If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.

Renter/ tenants and guests will maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.
Pets cannot be up on any furniture.
