Casa Augustine is designed for comfortable long-term desert living with spacious indoor and outdoor areas ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or seasonal stays.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open-concept layout filled with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and multiple gathering spaces throughout. The living area opens directly to a private south-facing backyard featuring a resort-style pool and spa, covered pergola, outdoor dining and seating areas, mounted outdoor TV, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and refrigerator.

Inside, guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinetry, breakfast bar seating, dining area, wet bar with wine storage, dedicated laundry room, and attached 2-car garage. The property also includes owned solar and an EV charger.

Located within the gated Desert Breezes community, guests have access to community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse, fitness center, and beautifully maintained walking paths.

Conveniently located near Indian Wells Tennis Garden, El Paseo shopping, golf courses, restaurants, entertainment, and seasonal events throughout the Coachella Valley.

Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Getting Around

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Utilities are included up to a monthly allowance. Any overages may be billed to the guest or deducted from the security deposit.

This home is located within a quiet residential community. No parties or events are allowed, and guests are expected to respect community rules, neighbors, and quiet hours at all times.

Only registered guests are permitted at the property. Please provide a complete guest list prior to arrival.

General Restrictions

• First disturbance: $500 charge
• Second disturbance: eviction

• Pool heating and spa heating are billed through utilities and weighed against utility caps

Keys & Access
• No entry before check-in time
• Lockbox, door codes, or keys will be provided prior to arrival
• Lost/unreturned keys, gate cards, or remotes: $50–$150 fee

Property Care
• Keep home in good order
• Bag and dispose of trash in provided containers
• Wash dishes or load dishwasher
• Leave floors clean
• Lock all doors/windows when leaving
• Turn off lights, heat, and AC at departure

Approvals & Special Use
• Pets, commercial photography, and events require written approval
• Unauthorized pets: up to $1,500 charge or loss of deposit
• Events/photoshoots require insurance and fees

Maintenance & Service
• No refunds for equipment malfunctions (desert climate can affect systems)
• Issues will be addressed promptly
• Homeowner may access property for gardener/pool service
