Upgrades throughout include a tankless hot water heater, misting system, automatic window fixtures, new garage doors, and newer HVAC systems for year-round comfort.

The Primary Suite is a private retreat with a spa-inspired bath featuring a soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms, each with access to a full bathroom, provide flexibility for guests, family, or a home office. A 2-car with golf cart garage ensures plenty of parking and storage.

Step outside to enjoy desert living at its best: a sparkling pool and spa, built-in BBQ island, and firepit set against the dramatic fairway backdrop of PGA West.

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

🚗 Getting Around

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

You will be greeted by a service coordinator upon your arrival. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.

We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

To get there, Head south on Jefferson to PGA Blvd. Enter through the Jack Nicklaus gate. Continue straight on Jack Nicklaus, turn right on Riviera, then right onto Cedar Crest. Property will be on your right. Cross Street: Riviera/Jefferson.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

Welcome to Casa Nicklaus Vista, a beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-level home located inside the prestigious PGA West Nicklaus Private community. Positioned directly on the 10th fairway, this residence offers light-filled interiors, modern upgrades, and exceptional outdoor living with a private pool, spa, BBQ island, and firepit.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.
For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.
*All non-resident drivers and vendors must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license upon request.

Keys & Access
• No entry before check-in time
• Lockbox, door codes, or keys will be provided prior to arrival
• Lost/unreturned keys, gate cards, or remotes: $50–$150 fee

Property Care
• Keep home in good order
• Bag and dispose of trash in provided containers
• Wash dishes or load dishwasher
• Leave floors clean
• Lock all doors/windows when leaving
• Turn off lights, heat, and AC at departure

Approvals & Special Use
• Pets, commercial photography, and events require written approval
