The living room features a cozy stone-framed gas fireplace and flows easily into a formal dining room and a spacious family room with direct access to the patio. The chef’s kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, rich wood cabinetry, a large center island with seating, a breakfast nook, and a wet bar with a wine fridge.

The primary suite offers a private retreat with golf course views, a walk-in closets (another one locked), and a spa-inspired bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Two guest suites, each with their own full bathrooms, are located on the opposite side of the home, providing privacy and comfort for family or visitors. An additional room, currently used as a TV room/office, includes a high-quality air mattress with sheets, blankets, and pillows available for guest use.

Outside, the backyard is your own private paradise with a saltwater pool, bubbling spa, built-in BBQ, and an open patio perfect for relaxing or entertaining, all overlooking the lush green fairway. The home also includes an indoor laundry room, plantation shutters, and central heating and cooling. Two cars can park in the garage and up to four in the driveway.

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Set along the 16th fairway of the Greg Norman Course, this spacious 3-bedroom home plus TV/Office room (optional sleeping space with mattress), offers stunning golf course views, an open layout filled with natural light, and a backyard oasis with a saltwater pool, spa, and built-in BBQ. Experience effortless indoor-outdoor living in a secure gated community in La Quinta.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.
For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

*All non-resident drivers and vendors must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license upon request.
*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community. Oversized vehicles, vehicles with logos are not permitted in the community overnight.
