Please feel free to enjoy all kitchen amenities, and we kindly ask that everything is treated with care. To ensure a seamless arrival, a Welcome Letter will be sent one day prior to check-in. This message will include all essential details for your stay, including check-in instructions, access code information, and property guidance. Upon arrival, you’ll find a lockbox on the front gate containing a key designated exclusively for your stay. Guests will have full access to all rooms in the home, including the garage. Please note that the golf course and its walkways are private property. For everyone’s safety and in accordance with PGA West rules, trespassing onto the golf course is strictly prohibited.

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.
Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated. Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled. Guest Policy & Fines Any unregistered guests will be subject to a $200 fine per person. All guests & vehicle drivers must be listed on the reservation—please provide names in advance.

If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying. Guest-Renter Responsibilities & Terms & Conditions: GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICIES - CITY NOISE ORDINANCES - IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: You certify and agree to honor the specified occupancy limits for this home (see listing on website) and conduct yourselves in a manner respectful of neighbors by refraining from loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, disruptive parties, over-occupancy or any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, traffic flow, the community, and residents. Renter/ tenants and guests will maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA). PRIOR APPROVAL & PERMISSION REQUIRED - PETS, COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, EVENTS: If a pet is brought without permission, or to a non-pet-friendly home, a charge of up to $1500.00 may be charged to the credit card or security deposit is forfeited. Commercial photography and Events are NOT permitted without prior expressed written consent of owner or agency. Special insurance is required to be purchased by Lessee for events, photography and film shoots including homeowner as additional insured and additional event and photography fees apply. GUEST CHECKIN AND KEYS Guests are not permitted on the property prior to check-in. Each property has a secure lock-box near the entrance of the home with a key inside. You will receive your lock-box combo 1 day prior to arrival. Important: Please return the keys to lock-box upon departure. For non-return or loss of keys, gate cards, and remotes a $50.00 to $150.00 service fee applies. The sand, heat, and wind of our desert climate create a tough environment for home mechanical systems. This can sometimes result in equipment failure. Every reasonable effort will be made to remedy unforeseen situations, and correct any problems in as timely manner as possible. No refunds or credits due to malfunctions in systems or equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to inspect and service the home during your visit, including, but not limited to required weekly gardener service & pool service, arranged by homeowner. CHECK-OUT is promptly at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless specific arrangements are made in advance. Late departures will be charged an additional night. Please close and lock all doors, sliders, windows, a fee will be charged for leaving the home unsecured. Please turn off lights, heat or AC. Before departing, please bag trash and place it in containers provided. All dishes & cookware should be cleaned and put away, or placed in dishwasher. Carpets-floors should be in same clean condition as you found them to prevent additional charges. EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND NOISE SENSING DEVICES ON THE PROPERTY External security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for security reasons. They are located in the front door, courtyard (if existing), sides and rear of the property. Cameras are activated by movement and motion There are NO CAMERAS on the interior of the property. Sound monitoring devices are located internal and external to the property. No sound is recorded, simply monitoring the noise level for compliance with the HOA and City Regulations.
