To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Free high-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. Cable TV and streaming services are provided, though cable channel availability may vary.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.

To reach the property, go East on Ramon, to DaVall. Left on DaVall to Tuscany gate on right. Once in the gate, make first right at the fountain (Via Montecassino, thenright on Via San Lucia. Home is on left side.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory.

Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
