We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. Trash pickup is on Thursday mornings around 6 am. Please place trash cans near driveway prior to pick up. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. Please park in driveway or garage, do not park on street.
