Upon entry, the home offers a spacious living room adorned with vaulted ceilings, a charming fireplace, and ample natural light pouring through large windows. The open-concept floor plan leads to the dining area and upgraded kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and abundant cabinet space.
INSIDE THE HOME
The kitchen is equipped with white appliances, marble countertops, and a large island to entertain or cook your favorite meal. The home has a large dining area with formal seating for eight. The floors are tiled with custom planks throughout most of the property, with various area rugs in each room. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, and there are 5 HDTV flat screens throughout the house. The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious deep soak bathtub. The home has free WiFi throughout the property, including the areas of the outside patio. The home also features a full-size billiard table, fire pit, and more for your enjoyment. The living room is very large, with vaulted ceilings and glass sliders opening to your very own oasis.
The primary bedroom suite is expansive, featuring a sizable walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Two additional bedrooms also offer beautifully updated ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is furnished with full-sized bunk beds, as well as a desk and printer for those seeking a home office setup.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.
