To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

🚗 Getting Around

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Free high-speed wireless WiFi access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room on a 65" HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.

To get there, take Hwy 111 to Jefferson, turn right to Ave. 52, turn left to Monroe, turn right, go one block to Carmela sign, go through the gates to the address.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We pay a company to pick up the trash on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Wednesday mornings around 6 am. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.
