Designed for both comfort and functionality, this single-level home offers four spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms across 2,436 square feet of living space. From the moment you walk in, the high ceilings and open layout make every room feel light, open, and easy to settle into.

The living room connects effortlessly to a generously sized family room with a fireplace—an inviting space for relaxing or spending time together. The adjacent gourmet kitchen features upgraded countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to evening meals shared with family or guests.

The primary bedroom is tucked away from the guest rooms, offering privacy along with its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms provide flexibility for families or groups, including one with bunk beds and a trundle bed that sleeps up to four guests.

Throughout the home, fresh paint and vinyl wood flooring offer a clean, updated look. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, enhancing the home’s warm, welcoming feel.
Step out into a private backyard designed for desert living. A heated pebble tec pool (heating fees apply), raised spa, and a wood-burning fire pit create a perfect setting for both daytime lounging and cozy evenings under the stars. A shaded patio and reclining lounge chairs make it easy to unwind outdoors at any time of day.

The home is fully equipped with HD flat-screen TVs with cable access, fast extended mesh Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning to keep you connected and comfortable throughout your stay. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home and all outdoor areas.

Please note: For safety, a Ring doorbell and a backyard camera are in place. No cameras are located inside the home.

🔑 Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

ℹ️ Important Info

You will be greeted by a service coordinator once you arrive for check-in. During the rest of your stay, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do.

We encourage guests to text us or call by phone during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Free high-speed wireless WiFi access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room with a 55" HD TV, the family room, and the master bedroom, though cable channel availability may vary.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We pay a company to pick up the trash from the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
