The professionally designed Casa Havana boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (each bedroom has a private full bathroom en suite), brand new pool and spa featuring 3 unique waterfalls along with a fire pit for the perfect setting.  The pool also contains a tanning shelf with colored bubblers great for little kids and sun bathers alike.  The fun does not stop there, we have built-in stainless steel BBQ with a sink for the perfect sunset dinner.  As a bonus we have a full 3 hole putting green that stretches the length of the property for your enjoyment.  Newly designed home contains custom white washed Brazilian wood floors and Spanish style exterior ceiling fans all make this one of the most desirable homes in the desert, an enclave of 75 golf course homes within the gates of PGA West. You're vacation Dream Home is now available and located in the prestigious PGA West Resort community, in beautiful La Quinta. PGA West is the home of Golf and Resort living on the West Coast. This property boasts a large number of luxury furnishings, stainless steel appliances, private pool, Spa, 3 Waterfalls, 2 Bubblers, Colored LED Lights with spacious rooms to allow comfort and enjoyment for you, your family and or friends to vacation in style.

LOCATION
The property is located close to the Polo Grounds in Indio and all the other popular locations in the desert. The location is perfect for attending any of the events throughout the year including any of the music festivals (Coachella & StageCoach), shopping and casinos in the area. After returning from golf or other events you will have the perfect home to relax and get away from the crowds. Bike paths, nearby tennis courts and upscale dining makes this home ideal for all ages.

OUTSIDE PATIO AND PRIVATE POOL
Sit outside on the patio and enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the sun and golf right at your foot steps.  No expense was spared in building this amazing pool, spa, 3 waterfalls, 2 bubblers, baja shelf, fire pit along with the latest Colored LED pool & Spa lights.  The outside deck also has a stainless steel gas BBQ, reclining lounge chairs for enjoying the sun.

INSIDE THE HOME
The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, tile counter tops and a large island to entertain or cook your favorite meal. The home has a large dining area with formal seating for six. The floors are tiled with a Brazilian timber wood plank throughout most of the property with various areas rugs throughout each room. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom and there are 6 HDTV flat screens throughout the house. The master bedroom has an upholstered King Bed, and beautiful en-suite bathroom, dual sinks and spacious deep soak bathtub. The home has (Free) WiFi throughout the property including areas of the outside patio. The home has the following details when it comes to fun: Full size Billiard table, Foosball table and a Multi Game Classic Arcade machine. The living room is very large containing vaulted ceilings with 3 glass sliders opening to one of the largest golf course holes in PGA West.

The community boasts walking trails, tennis courts, community pools and its own putting green so you can practice before your big game.

Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Important Info

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.
Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.
Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.
Pets must always be leashed within the community.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.
Pets cannot be up on any furniture.
The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival and we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do.

We encourage guests to text us by phone or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room 65' HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

Private Pool: Please keep in mind the pool is not gated.

To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

4 Bicycles are also provided upon request.

The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.

We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in the reservation. If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.

Guest-Renter Responsibilities & Terms & Conditions: GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICIES - CITY NOISE ORDINANCES - IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: You certify and agree to honor the specified occupancy limits for this home (see listing on website) and conduct yourselves in a manner respectful of neighbors by refraining from loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, disruptive parties, over-occupancy or any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, traffic flow, the community, and residents. Renter/ tenants and guests will maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

PRIOR APPROVAL & PERMISSION REQUIRED - PETS, COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, EVENTS: If a pet is brought without permission, or to a non-pet-friendly home, a charge of up to $1500.00 may be charged to the credit card or security deposit is forfeited. Commercial photography and Events are NOT permitted without prior expressed written consent of owner or agency. Special insurance is required to be purchased by Lessee for events, photography and film shoots including homeowner as additional insured and additional event and photography fees apply.

GUEST CHECKIN AND KEYS Guests are not permitted on the property prior to check-in. Each property has a secure lock-box near the entrance of the home with a key inside. You will receive your lock-box combo 1 day prior to arrival. Important: Please return the keys to lock-box upon departure. For non-return or loss of keys, gate cards, and remotes a $50.00 to $150.00 service fee applies. The sand, heat, and wind of our desert climate create a tough environment for home mechanical systems. This can sometimes result in equipment failure. Every reasonable effort will be made to remedy unforeseen situations, and correct any problems in as timely manner as possible. No refunds or credits due to malfunctions in systems or equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to inspect and service the home during your visit, including, but not limited to required weekly gardener service & pool service, arranged by homeowner. CHECK-OUT is promptly at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless specific arrangements are made in advance. Late departures will be charged an additional night. Please close and lock all doors, sliders, windows, a fee will be charged for leaving the home unsecured. Please turn off lights, heat or AC. Before departing, please bag trash and place it in containers provided. All dishes & cookware should be cleaned and put away, or placed in dishwasher. Carpets-floors should be in same clean condition as you found them to prevent additional charges.

EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND NOISE SENSING DEVICES ON THE PROPERTY External security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for security reasons. A backyard camera faces the backyard, including the pool and spa area. A courtyard camera faces the courtyard and front door entrance. A driveway camera covers the driveway area, and a side camera is over the pool equipment and putting green. Cameras are activated by movement and motion There are NO CAMERAS on the interior of the property. Sound monitoring devices are located internal and external to the property. No sound is recorded, simply monitoring the noise level for compliance with the HOA and City Regulations.
